1. General Policies
No loading, lifting, or transport operation shall commence without a written and approved safety plan.
Conduct a risk assessment before each operation.
Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all on-site workers.
2. Safe Operation Procedures
Daily inspection of vehicles and machinery before commencing work.
Provide guidance signs and secure the work environment during lifting and loading operations.
Use approved and calibrated fasteners to protect the load.
3. Training and Qualification
Regular training programs for drivers and operating teams on safety procedures and operations for heavy and exceptional loads.
First aid training and emergency response training.
4. Incident and Emergency Management
An emergency response plan is in place for each project.
Incidents are recorded and analyzed to take corrective action and prevent recurrence.
5. Documentation and Review
Maintain records of inspections, training, accidents, and safety reports.
Periodic review and improvement of HSE policies in accordance with best practices.
