Safe Operation Procedures<br \/>Daily inspection of vehicles and machinery before commencing work.<br \/>Provide guidance signs and secure the work environment during lifting and loading operations.<br \/>Use approved and calibrated fasteners to protect the load.<br \/>3. Training and Qualification<br \/>Regular training programs for drivers and operating teams on safety procedures and operations for heavy and exceptional loads.<br \/>First aid training and emergency response training.<br \/>4. Incident and Emergency Management<br \/>An emergency response plan is in place for each project.<br \/>Incidents are recorded and analyzed to take corrective action and prevent recurrence.<br \/>5.
